Bookmakers - Betting Banks - Staking

In order to take full advantage of this service I recommend three things;

2. First of all work out what your bank is going to be. This is an amount of money purely for betting with. I personally recommend to never bet with more money than you can comfortably afford to lose. By adopting this approach to your betting bank you effectively remove any negative emotions associated with betting that can often arise. 

3. Once you have your betting  bank in place you then stake a percentage of the running total of the bank on each ProBet recommendation for a win only unless I specify otherwise. 

I recommend a stake of 3% of your ongoing betting bank and this is what I call our maximum stake. 


This is a simple and effective method of staking and infact very low risk if you stick to it.
