This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected and used by us from users of the ProBet web site, including users 
of any ProBet information services as well as products sold by us directly or indirectly through the Probet business.

Your use of the ProBet  site and/or your registration for ProBet services and  products constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the ProBet site or any of the services or products offered.  

Anyone found or suspected of either passing on or reselling any information or product that the ProBet Service provides without the prior consent of ProBet will have his or her's membership immediately cancelled and may not be eligible for any refund. 

A customer may withdraw his or her consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email to unsubscribe@probet.info  Please note that, if you do, ProBet may suspend its provision of products and services to you. 
When you unsubscribe, if you fall within the guarantee period for any ProBet service or  product and you request a refund, the guarantee will be honoured unless you have purchased a product or service that has been discounted and/or offered at 
a "special price". 

ProBet collects, at the time of your registration or purchase of it’s products and services, certain “personal information” (information that personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name and email address.

ProBet collects and uses personal information for the following Identified Purposes:

(a) to develop and provide our web site and our products and services for our customers;

(b) to fulfill your requests for products, services or information;

(c) to communicate with customers and site visitors, when necessary, and to inform customers and site visitors of new offers, 
as well as of other products and services available from ProBet, its affiliates and third parties;

(d) to allow customers to access limited-entry areas of ProBet’s site;

and let us know. However if you do so, we may not be able to allow you to be a ProBet member, or to have access to all of the information that is available from the ProBet website or services. .

We will preserve the content of any e-mail you send us if we believe we are legally required to do so.
Your e-mail message content may be monitored by us for trouble-shooting or maintenance purposes or if any form of e-mail
abuse is suspected.

Personal information which we collect may be aggregated for analysis but in such circumstances we would ensure that individuals would remain anonymous.

All personal information that we collect is kept confidential to the best of our ability. You will appreciate, however, that we cannot guarantee the security of transmission.

You are entitled to have access to any personal information relating to you which you have previously supplied to us over this web site. You are entitled to edit or delete such information unless we are required by law to retain it.

After your account becomes inactive (that is, if you request to be removed from our database), ProBet will keep your personal information in its archives. Your information will then be used only as necessary for tax reasons or to prove ProBet’s compliance
with any applicable law.

ProBet will use reasonable efforts to protect customers’ personal information. 

Whilst the ProBet service has been profitable in the past I can make no guarantee that it will continue to be profitable. You must be over 18 to join the service and accept responsibility and liability for any and all bets given out by the ProBet service. Bet sensibly and within your means at all times.
